Libby Viera-Bland

Libby Viera-Bland, AICP, is a seasoned professional in housing and community development with extensive experience in urban planning and social practice. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Housing at PolicyLink, Viera-Bland previously directed affordable housing acquisitions and community enrichment initiatives at Project Row Houses. With a strong background in leadership and collaboration, Viera-Bland contributed to the Culture of Health Leaders program and has held various roles focused on neighborhood development, economic equity, and artistic community engagement. Viera-Bland's educational credentials include two master's degrees in architecture and city and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania, complementing a bachelor's degree in psychology of place, children's literature, and costuming from Sarah Lawrence College.
