Shawn Faustino

Shawn Faustino has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Shawn currently holds the position of Senior Operations Analyst at PolicyMe, starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Operations Analyst from January 2022 to February 2023, and as a Life Insurance Coach from March 2021 to February 2022, both at PolicyMe.

Before joining PolicyMe, Shawn worked at Desjardins General Insurance Group as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent/Operational Support from January 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they provided support to their colleagues by answering their questions, coaching them through specific situations, and creating job aids and best practices for training purposes.
