Israel S. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Israel currently serves as the VP of Engineering, Artificial Intelligence at PolicyScout since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Software Engineer at Cege Media starting from March 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Israel owned and served as the CTO of Alpine Digital Research. In this role, they were involved in various areas such as tech development, systems architecture and design, and managing development teams. Israel primarily worked on financial sector solutions for charity and small-to-medium business payment processing, as well as startup projects in artificial intelligence and drone swarm technology.

Israel also worked as the Technical Director at MaxGiving from February 2018 to April 2020. Israel'sresponsibilities included breaking down large codebases, onboarding and offboarding teams, and enabling high availability systems and job architectures.

In 2016, Israel worked as a Search Technician at Idaho Mountain Search & Rescue, where they maintained certifications in various fields such as wilderness first responder and FAA commercial drone pilot.

In 2017, Israel served as the CTO at Zerrtech, handling recruitment and serving technical clients while educating the in-house team. Israel also worked on projects like The Write Class, a tool developed for evaluating college students' writing abilities.
