Jeroen Jansen is a highly experienced gastroenterologist with a medical degree from Maastricht University and over two decades in the field. Since April 2007, Jeroen has served at OLVG as the Head of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Section and is also the Head of Department, overseeing operations at Boven IJ Hospital. As a director and co-founder of PoliDirect, Jeroen has established several independent treatment centers specializing in various medical fields. Additional roles include Treasurer for IB-DREAM and the medical board of PiP Advocatuur, as well as Chairman of the Working Group on Biologicals at Santeon. Expertise encompasses Inflammatory Bowel Disease and therapeutic endoscopy. Jeroen's professional journey also includes positions as a Resident in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, alongside work as a Research Fellow in Surgical Oncology.

PoliDirect
Bij PoliDirect staat onze liefde voor de patiënt centraal maar de relatie met de huisarts is voor ons misschien wel even waardevol. Bij PoliDirect maken we het de patiënt graag naar de zin. Zo werken we bijvoorbeeld met flexibele openingstijden en bellen we iedere patiënt een week later op om te horen of het goed met ze gaat. PoliDirect is een zelfstandig initiatief maar staat niet op zich zelf. PoliDirect heeft goede samenwerkingsrelaties en zorgpaden opgebouwd met verschillende ziekenhuizen.
