Alain GILLET

Alain Gillet has extensive work experience as an optical engineer. From November 2000 to June 2001, they worked as a Scientific contingent at CEA Cesta. Alain then joined JDS Uniphase as an Optical Engineer from July 2001 to April 2003. After that, they worked at Intermec as a Senior Optical Engineer from February 2004 to September 2013. From September 2013 to October 2020, they held the position of Lead Optical Engineer at Honeywell Sensing and Productivity Solutions. Currently, Alain Gillet is working as a Senior Optical Engineer at poLight since October 2020.

Alain Gillet completed their education at the Institut d'Optique Graduate School, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Optique/optronique from 1998 to 2000. Alain then pursued further education at the Université de Bordeaux, graduating with a Master's degree in Physics and applications. Additionally, they acquired certifications in Leadership Skills Workshop and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)- Green belt certification from Honeywell, in May 2019 and November 2014 respectively.
