Vibeke Solem

Vibeke Solem has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Vibeke started their career in 1985 as a Frokost Vertinne at Hotell Residence. Vibeke then worked as a Servitør at Åsgårdstrand Hotell from 1987 to 1996. In 1995, they worked as a Selger av merke klær at Betty Blue / Bossanova. From 1996 to 2004, they worked at Heerema Tønsberg AS as a Project Controller / Regnskapsmedarbeider. After that, they joined Scanship as a Treassure from 2004 to 2008. Vibeke then shifted to Wood Group Mustang, where they worked as a Cost Controller from 2008 to 2017. Currently, they are working as a Finance Consultant at poLight, starting in April 2017.

Vibeke Solem attended multiple educational institutions over the years. In 1986, they studied Tegning, form & farge at Elen Ofstad in Trondheim. From 1987 to 1990, they pursued their studies in Markedsføring/Økonomi at Tønsberg Handelskole. Following this, they attended Næringsakademiet (EDB Skolen) in 1990-1991, focusing on EDB - Reiselivskoordinator. Later, they enrolled at the University of South-Eastern Norway from 1992 to 1994, and their field of study at this institution was Økonomiske og Administrative fag (Høgskolekandidat). Finally, Vibeke Solem completed their education at Østfold University College (HiØ) from 1994 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Økonomi.
