Esther Albano Gallardo

Esther Albano Gallardo has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. In 2010, they began their career as an Analista Contable at Laboratorios Cienvar, S.A., where they were responsible for reviewing and registering purchases from national suppliers, creating expense reports, and reconciling bank accounts. In 2012, they moved to Tu Contable Servicios Integrales, S.A., where they were a Contador Público and handled a portfolio of clients, registered purchases and sales, and declared IVA for ordinary and special contributors. In 2014, they joined Financiadora de Primas de Seguros Serfiprima, C.A. as a Contador - Subgerente de Administración y Finanzas, where they were responsible for preparing financial information reports for the Superintendencia de Actividad Aseguradora, as well as declaring IVA, ISLR withholdings monthly and annually, and municipal taxes. In 2015, Esther took on the role of Coordinador Administrativo at Repuestos RMC, C.A., where they were in charge of creating purchase orders in national and foreign currency, negotiating with foreign suppliers, and tracking shipped merchandise. In 2017, they joined La Marma, S.A. as a Contador General, where they were responsible for registering financial and accounting transactions of the company, and preparing EEFF. In 2018, they moved to Lepe Jerez y Asociados Ltda. as a Contador General, where they supervised a portfolio of clients from different sectors, controlled investments, inventories, costing, taxation, and monetary correction. Currently, Esther is the Head of Accounting at Poliglota (YC W21), where they are responsible for supervising accounting teams in the CL, MX, CL, PE, and US markets, as well as presenting consolidated EEFF and declaring monthly and annual taxes.

Esther Albano Gallardo has a MBA + Máster in Management and Team Direction from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona from 2019 to 2021. Esther also has a B2 Upper Intermediate Level in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from EF International Language Centers in 2013. Lastly, they have a Licenciatura in Accounting from Universidad 'Alejandro de Humboldt' from 2008 to 2012.
