Marek Ostrowski

Marek Ostrowski is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy Head of Legal and Head of Litigation at GK Polimex Mostostal since January 2020, with expertise in court disputes, arbitration, contract negotiations, claims management, bankruptcy, and restructuring. As a permanent mediator at the Court of Appeal in Warsaw and the General Prosecutor's Court of the Republic of Poland since 2024, Marek specializes in economic mediation. In addition to running their own law firm where services include litigation, restructuring advisory, and mediation since July 2018, Marek previously held partner and advocate positions at Rö from 2013 to 2019, focusing on dispute resolution and insolvency. Legal training began as a legal intern at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak from 2010 to 2013. Marek holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and completed advocate trainee education at the Warsaw Chamber of Advocates.
