Randal Stites

Randal Stites is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the VP of Engineering Services at both Polinger Company and Polinger Shannon and Luchs since June 2010. In these roles, Randal manages the Engineering Department overseeing a diverse real estate portfolio that encompasses commercial office spaces, high-rise and garden-style residential buildings, as well as multi-use retail properties. Prior to this, Randal held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Hines from February 1995 to June 2010, contributing extensive expertise to the engineering field. Randal is also recognized as a LEED Green Associate (GA).
