Kasia Wodka

Kasia Wodka is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and financial consulting. Currently serving as a Manager of the Innovation Development Team in the area of Startups and Small and Medium Enterprises at Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. since September 2023, Kasia also teaches entrepreneurship fundamentals as a Business Trainer at the University of Warsaw Incubator. Previous roles include positions at Bank Pekao S.A. as an Innovation Partnership Expert and Specialist, Product Manager at INNOVATIKA, and Engagement in various capacities at organizations such as Huge Thing and Youth Business Poland, specializing in program management and acceleration initiatives. Kasia holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
