Elżbieta Lech

Elżbieta Lech currently serves as Manager of the Regulatory Supervision Team in the Investment Firms Department at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, a position held since January 2021. In this role, Elżbieta Lech oversees a team of lawyers focused on both domestic and international regulations pertaining to investment firms and banks offering investment services. Prior experience includes serving as an Expert in the same department from January 2018 to December 2020 and as a Senior Associate at Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka in the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Practice from 2007 to December 2017. Elżbieta Lech's legal career began with roles as a Lawyer at PTK from July 2007 to October 2007 and at Polkomtel from July 2006 to July 2007. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Law from Jagiellonian University and a Master's in Finance & Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, complemented by ongoing membership in the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie since 2007.
