Luciano Manelli

Luciano Manelli has extensive experience in digital transition and technical education, currently serving as the Head of Digital Transition at the Port Network Authority of the Ionian Sea - Port of Taranto since May 2014. In addition to this role, Luciano has contributed as a Contract Professor at Politecnico di Bari and Università degli Studi di Bari. Luciano is also an author of several technical books, including guides on modern computing and web development, published by various esteemed organizations such as Apress and Gruppo Maggioli. Luciano's educational background includes a degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Bari, a Ph.D. in Computer Science, and a Master's in Digital Administration Law, which underscore a strong foundation in both technical and academic realms.
