Jiaxin Liu

JiaXin Liu is currently a PhD Candidate within the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Network at Politecnico di Milano since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles at WasteHero from June 2021 to November 2024, serving as Product Owner & Lead Designer as well as Lead Designer and UiUx Designer. At Designskolen Kolding, JiaXin held the position of UiUx Designer from December 2019 to June 2021, focusing on design research and collaboration with an IoT company in Denmark. Additional experience includes working as a User Researcher at Vejle Bibliotekerne for a short-term project in 2020, and as a UI Designer for focus music in 2018. Earlier roles included Product Designer at Nova product design in Taiwan, Social Innovation Researcher at AGUA Design, and Brand & Graphic Designer at Summer Code Agency. JiaXin holds a Master’s degree in Design for People from Designskolen Kolding and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
