Politem is an engineering plastics company founded in 2006 and headquartered in Çerkezköy, Türkiye. With nearly two decades of expertise, we deliver high-performance material solutions by combining advanced compounding capabilities with strong recycling know-how.

We operate across five core business areas, covering the full material value chain. We recycle PA, PP and PC, converting industrial textile waste and post-consumer materials (PCR) into high-quality feedstock. This is complemented by our engineering plastics compounding activities, where we develop materials such as PA, PPA, PBT, PP, PC, ABS and their alloys to meet specific mechanical, thermal and aesthetic requirements.

In addition, we are active in global trade and distribution of engineering plastics, ensuring reliable sourcing and efficient supply chain management. We also offer specialized PP compounds for automotive, white goods and industrial applications. Under our Pteroflat brand, we produce PMMA and PC solid sheets, combining durability, optical clarity and versatility.

We serve industries including automotive, white goods, electrical & electronics, construction, home appliances, agriculture and advanced manufacturing, where performance, consistency and technical expertise are critical.

Sustainability is a key focus for us. By increasing the use of recycled content (PIR & PCR), we support circular economy goals while maintaining material performance. Through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and CO₂ footprint analysis, we provide measurable environmental impact data. Our operations are aligned with globally recognized standards, including GRS certification.
