Andrea D'Incecco

Andrea D'Incecco is a seasoned expert in competition law and EU affairs, currently serving as Managing Partner and Director of EU Affairs at Political Intelligence since 2008, while also holding the position of Head of Policy at EuroISPA since the same year. Prior to these roles, D'Incecco gained experience within the Legal and Regulatory Department at Fastweb from 2005 to 2007, and completed traineeships at the European Commission - DG Competition and the Italian Antitrust Authority in 2005 and 2004, respectively. D'Incecco's legal experience also includes work at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo law firm and Del Federico & Associates law firm between 2001 and 2004. Academic credentials comprise a PhD in Competition Law from Perugia Law University and an LL.M. in European Law from the European Study Institute at the Free University of Brussels, supplemented by specialized training in European law and a Master's degree from Teramo Law University.
