Stefan Wolff

Stefan Wolff is a distinguished academic serving as a Professor of International Security at the University of Birmingham since April 2010, where responsibilities include teaching courses on international security, civil war, and conflict management, as well as leading the Department of Political Science and International Studies. Additionally, Stefan Wolff has held the position of Honorary Treasurer for the Political Studies Association (UK) since October 2023 and co-founded Navigating the Vortex in April 2023 to address the complexities of contemporary global challenges. Previous academic roles include serving as Professor of Political Science at the University of Nottingham and the University of Bath, and as a Lecturer in Contemporary German Studies at Keele University. Stefan Wolff earned a PhD in Political Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an M.Phil. in Political Theory from the University of Cambridge.
