Ivo da Rocha Oliveira

Ivo Da Rocha Oliveira is an experienced journalist currently employed at POLITICO Europe since March 2015. Prior to this role, Ivo held various positions at Fair Observer, including Co-Managing Editor, Head of Munich Operations, and Arts & Culture Editor from December 2011 to February 2013. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where Ivo also conducted research on Husserl, Kant, and the Phenomenology of time consciousness. Additional academic experience includes visiting and invited scholar roles at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau and studies at the University of Freiburg and Goethe-Institut.
