Erin Aulov

Erin Aulov is an accomplished Senior Visuals Editor at POLITICO since February 2016, where collaboration with editors and the visual team enhances storytelling through innovative visual concepts. Prior to this role, Aulov served as Art Director for National Journal, overseeing the design of its weekly print magazine from April 2015 to January 2016. Aulov's experience includes a position as Senior Graphic Designer at Gannett from May 2013 to April 2015, where contributions included art direction and layout design for custom media. Earlier roles include Deputy Art Director at Foreign Policy Magazine, managing both print and digital formats from March 2010 to May 2013, and Art Director at Washingtonian Magazine from August 2003 to March 2010, focusing on the planning and execution of visual stories. Aulov holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio with a concentration in Graphic Design from George Mason University (1999-2003).
