David Bustos

David Bustos is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Senior Coordinator of Student Learning Evaluation and previously as the Senior Coordinator of Research & Evaluation for the Polk County School Board since July 2015. David has a strong background in curriculum development and instructional support, having worked as a Curriculum Specialist & CTE Grant Project Manager for the Florida Department of Education and Polk County Public Schools, as well as an Elementary Instruction & Curriculum Specialist at All Nations Christian Academy. Earlier roles include teaching middle school social studies, working as an adjunct professor, and serving as an administrative assistant. David holds a Master of Arts in Applied Learning & Instruction from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University.
