Derek Hyzak

Derek Hyzak's work experience starts in 2002 with Engineering Testing & Balance, where they worked as a Project Engineer until 2003. In 2004, they joined Brandt Engineering as a Project Manager and held that role until 2012. Since 2013, they have been with Polk Mechanical Company, starting as a Project Manager until 2016 when they became the Director of DFW Commercial. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of DFW Commercial and continues to hold that position.

Derek Hyzak attended Texas A&M University from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a degree in Engineering and successfully completed a Master of Engineering (ME) program.
