Don McHugh has over 20 years of experience in the construction and industrial services field. Don started their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Trinity Contractors, Inc./GroupMAC/Encompass, where they gained valuable experience in project management. Don then moved on to Hidalgo Industrial Services, Inc. in 2002, where they served as a Project Manager until 2004. In 2004, they joined C & L Contractors, Inc. as a Construction Manager.

In 2006, Don joined Polk Mechanical Company as an Account Manager, responsible for managing key client accounts. Don held this position until 2013 when they were promoted to Industrial Group Manager, overseeing the company's industrial division. In 2016, Don was further promoted to the position of Vice President of DFW Industrial, where they currently hold a leadership role.

Throughout their career, Don has demonstrated their expertise in project management, construction management, and client relationship management. Don has consistently displayed strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering quality services in the construction and industrial services industry.

Don McHugh received their Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science from Auburn University. Don attended Auburn University from 1992 to 1998.
