J.R. then joined National Oilwell Varco as an Area Sales representative, where they quickly became the highest producing sales representative in the Barnett Shale region and was promoted twice. After 5 years, they moved to Delta Rigging & Tools as an Outside Sales representative, where they built a successful territory and achieved over $1 million in net sales of rigging equipment. J.R. then joined Dooley Tackaberry, Inc. as a Strategic Account Executive, where they focused on identifying key accounts and new business opportunities for capital projects in the Central U.S. J.R. later transitioned to Polk Mechanical Company as a Business Development professional. Throughout their career, J.R. has consistently demonstrated strong sales and business development skills, consistently increasing business and achieving targets.
