J.R. Weber has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the industrial and mechanical industry. J.R. started their career at FMC Technologies as a Machinist, where they worked for 6 years. J.R. then joined National Oilwell Varco as an Area Sales representative, where they quickly became the highest producing sales representative in the Barnett Shale region and was promoted twice. After 5 years, they moved to Delta Rigging & Tools as an Outside Sales representative, where they built a successful territory and achieved over $1 million in net sales of rigging equipment.
