Lance Trochessett

Lance Trochessett began their work experience in 2021 as an Estimating Intern at Yates Construction. In this role, they worked from May to September of that year. Currently, Lance is working as an Assistant Project Manager at Polk Mechanical Company, starting in January 2022.

Lance Trochessett completed their Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2021. Lance has also obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certification in Project Manager: Financial Management, Project Manager: Project Management, Project Manager (Quality & Safety), and Procore Certified in Project Manager (Core Tools) in March 2022.
