Thadius McMahan has a combination of work experience in project management and outdoor retail. Thadius began their career at Polk Mechanical Company in 2018 as an Assistant Project Manager Intern, where they gained valuable experience in the field. Thadius then joined Academy Sports + Outdoors in 2015 as an Outdoor Enthusiast, working until 2020. Returning to Polk Mechanical Company in 2020, Thadius assumed the role of Assistant Project Manager before being promoted to Project Manager I in 2023.
Thadius McMahan attended Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Business Administration and Management, General. In March 2022, Thadius obtained certifications from Procore Technologies in various project management areas, including Core Tools, Financial Management, Project Management, and Quality & Safety.
