Gustavo Joppert Massena

Gustavo Joppert Massena serves as a Business Developer at Polkadot since January 2022 and is an elected member of its Business Development Team within the largest Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). Gustavo is also the Founder of Sunset Labs BD, a Polkadot Ambassador, and has held multiple executive roles including Partner and Executive Director at Templo, and Member of the Executive Committee at BI0S - Centro de Inteligência Artificial Aplicada. Furthermore, Gustavo co-founded Databoi, focused on digitizing cattle ranching in Brazil, and serves as an advisor and partner at Caren.app, a startup innovating in health and insurtech. Additional experience includes advising Murano Group and holding a partnership position at Tensegrity.network, which aims to develop business models for the Web 3.0 world. Previous roles include managing results for the Rio Criativo incubation program and serving as CEO of Go TILT. Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
