Marek Wojcik

Marek Wojcik has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Marek started their career in 1989 as an Analyst-Programmer and Computer Systems Designer at Pro-Test sp. z o.o. Marek then worked as a Computer Systems Designer, System Integrator, and Project Group Leader at Nordic Team Central Europe sp. z o.o. from 1991 to 1995. In 1996, they joined the Institute of Computer Science, Polish Academy of Sciences as a Researcher, where they worked until 1996. Marek then joined Polkomtel SA in 1996 and held various roles such as Analyst / Customer Care Systems Team Leader, Deputy Director of Customer Care and Billing Systems Department, and Director of IT Systems Development Department. Marek worked at Polkomtel SA until 2012. Since 2012, Marek has been working for Polkomtel as the Deputy Director of IT Strategy and Standards Office.

Marek Wojcik obtained an MBA in WEMBA from both SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 1997 and 1999. Marek also holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw, which they completed between 1982 and 1987. Additionally, they have a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained in 2003.
