Kimberly Harris

Kimberly Harris has over 15 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2019, they began working at Poll Everywhere as the Director of People Operations, and then progressed to become the People Operations Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at the University of California, Berkeley in roles such as Co-Coordinator of the Peer Advising Program, Undergraduate College Adviser for the College of Letters & Science, and Course Instructor. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at the University of San Francisco in roles such as Interim Assistant Director of Orientation Programs, Assistant Director of the Learning Center, and Office Coordinator of Academic Support Services. In 2016, they worked at the University of California, Berkeley as a Freshman File Reader, and from 2007 to 2003, they worked at Cartus as an International Relocation Consultant and at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme as an Assistant Language Teacher.

Kimberly Harris has a Master of Arts degree in International/Multicultural Education with Human Rights Emphasis from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications - Public Relations from Boston University, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. In addition, they are a SHRM-Certified Professional obtained in February 2022.
