Yang En Tan currently serves as Chief of Staff at Pollen, where the focus is on utilizing AI agents to assist brands in managing excess inventory, following a venture funding by top-tier venture capital in Southeast Asia. Previously, Yang was an Investor at Insignia Ventures Partners, concentrating on early-stage investments across various sectors in Southeast Asia, with notable contributions to companies such as Intellect and Float Foods. As Co-Founder and Venture Builder at Audacity World, Yang established a public-private partnership aimed at fostering the deep-tech startup ecosystem in Jurong Innovation District, Singapore.
