Pollen is Asia’s first sustainable liquidation platform, helping brands like Unilever and L’Oréal save over 200 tonnes of business waste from going to landfills across 7 SEA countries. Brands use our liquidation management system (LMS), a headless e-commerce platform that allows for multiple channel liquidation along with built-in sustainability tracking to speed up liquidation recovery rates and provide transparency on business waste savings.

The Sales and Customer Success team at Pollen Tech is responsible for driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction. The Sales sub-team focuses on acquiring new clients and managing key accounts, particularly in Indonesia, while the Customer Success sub-team ensures that existing clients successfully use Pollen's liquidation management system to maximize business waste savings and sustainability. Together, they work to expand Pollen's market presence and strengthen client relationships across Southeast Asia.
