Shummus Shah

Shummus Shah has a diverse background in the finance and technology industry. Shummus began their career in 2015 as a Mortgage Consultant with Lloyds Banking Group. In 2016, they moved to AJ Bell as a Trainee Accountant, where they gained experience in the sales and purchase ledgers. In 2017, they took on a short-term role as a Payroll Administrator with the City of Wolverhampton Council, before becoming a Foreign Exchange Trader and launching an online education platform. In 2019, they joined GoCardless as a Payment Operations Analyst, and also began working with Mazars as a Financial Planning and Wealth Management Consultant. In 2021, they began working with Chip as a Product Operations Analyst, and in 2022 they took on roles as a Sales Operations Analyst with both Pollen Technologies Ltd and Atlas Banking. Finally, in 2022 they became the Owner of AirVenture Studios LTD.

Shummus Shah's education history includes attending Aldersley High School from 2005 to 2012, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool from 2012 to 2015. Shummus then pursued an MSc in Finance from the University of Liverpool from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are enrolled in the Chartered Insurance Institute. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, Udemy, freeCodeCamp, CodeCamp, and Codecademy, including Agile Foundations, Python Bootcamp, Data Analysis with Python, Responsive Web Design - HTML & CSS, and an SQL Course. Shummus is also in the process of obtaining a Bloomberg Market Concepts Certificate and a Complete Web Developer Course HTML CSS JavaScript PHP jQuery from Udemy.
