Tim Dearden

Tim Dearden has a long and varied work experience. Tim began their career in 1997 as CFO/Controller to Head of Fixed Income and Derivatives Technology at Credit Suisse Financial Products. In 2000, they moved to Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director. In 2011, they joined Vena Solutions as CSO and Managing Director of Vena Solutions International, and CFO and Board Member. In 2012, they became Co Managing Partner at RD Active Capital Ltd. In 2018, they were appointed Advisory Board Member at Cimar UK and Advisory Director at Dark Matter Studios. In 2019, they took on the role of Technology Advisor at BDO and Co-founder - CFO/COO at Keep or Toss, as well as Advisory Director at Pollen Technologies Ltd.

Tim Dearden attended the University of Cape Town from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a B.Com / GDA.
