Simon Ganter

Simon Ganter has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Simon is currently the Managing Director at Org, where they oversee transformation advisory and provides effective solutions for organizational challenges. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Partner at Morgan McKinley, focusing on executive search with a human-first approach. Simon also held multiple roles at PageGroup, including Country Director - Ireland and Manager in various departments such as Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Banking, and Professional Services. Simon began their career at PageGroup as a Consultant in Sales & Marketing.

Simon Ganter attended Blackrock College from 1993 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued a B.Sc. (Hons) in Business and Management at Technological University Dublin from 2005 to 2010, achieving a 2:1 grade.
