Previously, Mathias held the position of Partner at In2Action Capital from April 2019 to March 2022 and was the Group Controller and Investor Relations Manager at Balta Group from November 2013 to November 2018. Mathias also served in corporate finance roles at Enfinity and Deloitte Belgium, where Mathias advanced from Audit Manager to Senior Manager CFO Services. Mathias holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, awarded in 2002.
