Dave Haynes

Dave Haynes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Pollination since September 2023, Haynes is also the CEO and Co-Founder of rePlant Capital since March 2018. Additional roles include Advisor at the Savory Institute, Managing Director at Greenmont Capital, and Board Member of Save The Waves Coalition. Haynes has been active on the Advisory Board of New Resource Bank and served on the Board of Directors for Madhava and Door to Door Organics. Previous positions include Board Observer at EcoSMART Technologies and Entrepreneur in Residence at Boulder Ventures. Haynes holds a BA in History from The University of New Hampshire.
