Alicia Ballard

Alicia Ballard is a Senior Product Designer at Polly with previous experience as a UX Designer at Vast Action Inc. In their role as a Customer Service Lead, Alicia was dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty through honest communication and identifying future needs. Alicia streamlined processes, trained and mentored team members, and edited training videos. Prior to this, Alicia worked as a Customer Service Representative at Vast Action Inc. and as a Community Assistant at Campus Crest. Alicia also interned at Head-Start where Alicia promoted school readiness for children from low-income families. Alicia holds degrees from Texas State University and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
