Alina Shkolnikov

Alina Shkolnikov's work experience includes serving as the Chief Partnerships Officer at PollyLabs since May 2023 and as the Founder-Impact and ESG consultant at TAI Consulting since April 2022. Alina is also a Faculty Lecturer at The New School starting in August 2023 and an Advisory Board Member at JOBLIO, INC. since November 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of Impact Entrepreneurship Department at Edmond de Rothschild Foundation (Israel) from March 2018 to April 2022. Alina has also worked as a Podcast producer and host and Innovation Consultant at Alina Shkolnikov - Consulting from January 2009 to April 2022 and as the Global iCoach Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from May 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, they have held roles as a Contributing Analyst at Wikistrat from November 2016 to February 2018 and as the Client Solutions Manager and Head of Communications at Wikistrat from March 2015 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, they held positions at PresenTense as the Director of Content and Programs from October 2013 to March 2015 and as the European Program Director from September 2012 to October 2013.

Alina Shkolnikov completed their education as follows:

- From 2013 to 2018, they attended Tel Aviv University and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree with a thesis in Security Policy and Strategy.

- Between 2009 and 2012, they studied at Reichman University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.

- From 2003 to 2005, they attended UWC Mahindra College, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree, focusing on Art, Philosophy, and Literature.
