Amy Jaffe serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Innovation at Ralph Lauren, a role held since January 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy, business development, and operations to foster innovative opportunities for transformational growth. Jaffe's prior positions at Ralph Lauren include leading internal communications, corporate social responsibility, and the internal creative agency, as well as developing the digital and physical library to preserve the company’s history. Jaffe has also held Vice President roles focusing on global brand development and digital agency initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles at Kaufman Patricof Enterprises and Grey Group. Jaffe earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
