Amy Kolster

Amy Kolster is an experienced internal audit professional with a strong background in financial and IT auditing. Currently serving as the Internal Audit Lead for North America at Ralph Lauren since November 2022, Amy has previously held significant roles at Covanta from October 2012 to November 2022, including Financial and IT Internal Audit Director and Internal Audit Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Assurance Senior at Crowe and PwC, along with a foundational role as an Assurance Associate at PwC. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
