Danielle Codel

Danielle Codel currently serves as Vice President and Head of Sales for Women’s Luxury at Ralph Lauren, a position held since November 2018, overseeing the Ralph Lauren Collection and Women’s Polo. Prior to this role, Danielle Codel was Senior Director of Collection Sales & Planning at Brunello Cucinelli from February 2012 to October 2018, following positions including Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at REPETTO, where responsibilities included managing sales and maintaining relationships with major North American retailers. Additional experience includes roles as North America Sales Director and Sales Manager at Olarte-Foussard Showroom, where coordination with European manufacturers was key. Danielle Codel began the career as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Jack Georges, Inc. and held a Project Coordinator role at Dolce & Gabbana USA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Rutgers University and a Master in Brand Management from SDA Bocconi.
