Keith M. Venters has extensive experience in global talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Talent Acquisition in both Creative and Innovation and Corporate Shared Services at Ralph Lauren, Keith has previously held significant roles such as Recruitment Manager at American Express and Interim Director at Madden Digital. Additionally, Keith has contributed to America Works of New York, Inc. as Head of Talent for North America and has held various positions in recruiting operations. Earlier in the career, Keith worked as a Human Resources Generalist at FH & Co. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Social Media Studies and Anthropology from Purchase College, SUNY.
