Malene da Silva is an experienced marketing and customer experience executive with a strong background in the beauty and consumer products sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience, Intelligence, and Digital Marketing at Ralph Lauren since February 2017, Malene has previously held significant roles, including Global Marketing Director for Skincare at The Body Shop under L'Oréal, and Marketing Director for Consumer Brands at PDC Brands. In earlier positions, Malene led marketing strategies for Sleek MakeUP and managed high-profile contracts for Briconomics Ltd during the London 2012 Olympic Games and with Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Malene's career began at Chrisanne Clover Ltd, where a progression of marketing roles culminated in the position of Managing Director. Malene holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics from Queen Mary University of London.
