Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson is an accomplished fashion executive with extensive experience in design and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Men’s Design & Licensing for Chaps at Ralph Lauren since 2018, Michael drives the seasonal design aesthetic and oversees product design, fabric development, and fittings. Prior to this role, Michael spent 14 years at Banana Republic, holding positions including Senior Vice President of Global Design & Product Development, where responsibilities included overseeing the brand's creative direction and executing seasonal collections. Earlier experience includes roles as Design Director at Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, and Coach, where Michael developed men’s collections and collaborated with licensing partners. Michael holds a BA (Honors) in Fashion Design from Kingston University.
