Natalie Washuta

Natalie Washuta is an experienced design professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Design Lead for Lauren Sweaters at Ralph Lauren since April 2019. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a Sweater Designer at Ralph Lauren from July 2017 to 2018 and as a Senior Sweater Designer at Ralph Lauren from October 2006 to June 2015, where responsibilities included managing design processes, creating fashion illustrations, and collaborating with various internal teams. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at The Market Asbury Park and undertaking multiple design internships at respected companies such as Michael Kors, Earth Speaks Organic Fashion, and Cynthia Rowley. Natalie holds a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts in Women's Apparel Design with a sweater specialization from the Fashion Institute of Technology, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006.
