Yelena Perlin

Yelena Perlin is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in social design and digital content across prominent companies in the fashion and beauty industries. Currently serving as Senior Social Designer at Ralph Lauren, Yelena leads design for seasonal social campaigns, collaborates on high-profile projects like Fortnite x POLO and the Winter Escape on Roblox, and partners with various agencies to create augmented reality experiences. Previous roles include Senior Designer at MAC Cosmetics, where Yelena strategized global social assets, and Art Department Director at both Next Management and Request Model Management, focusing on talent development and brand partnerships. In addition to design work, Yelena is a contributing writer for The Last Magazine, conducting in-depth interviews with artists and musicians. Yelena holds a BSBA in Marketing, Operations, and Technology Management from Boston University and a Regents Diploma in Visual Art from Fiorello H.
