Laxmipriya Pradhan

Laxmipriya Pradhan's work experience includes a role as an Associate Talent Acquisition at Polosoft Technologies starting in May 2023. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at AUROVISGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED from December 2022 to February 2023. In this role, Laxmipriya was responsible for understanding client's specific needs and requirements, building and maintaining relationships between clients and candidates, as well as editing and reformatting resumes to match clients' positions.

Laxmipriya Pradhan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Utkal University from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at the Gandhi Institute for Technology (GIFT) in Bhubaneswar from 2021 to 2022.
