Dr Kamila Oliwa-Stasiak

Dr. Kamila Oliwa-Stasiak serves as the Communication Manager at Polpharma Biologics since May 2014, overseeing bilingual internal communication and content creation for various campaigns. Previous roles include Senior Communication Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed managing external communications, website maintenance, and coordinating video productions. Kamila also leads the Company Social Club, enhancing employee engagement through events and workshops. Prior to Polpharma, Kamila held positions at Vistakon Ireland and the University of Limerick, acquiring a PhD in Microbiology/Molecular Biology. Educational credentials include an MSc in Biotechnology/Microbiology from the University of Warsaw and a BSc in Medical Biotechnology from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Additional qualifications in internal communication strategy have been obtained from various workshops.
