Katarzyna Zalejska

Katarzyna Zalejska serves as the Head of QA Commercial Readiness at Polpharma Biologics since October 2020, facilitating site commercialization by leading interdisciplinary cooperation for quality oversight of new product introductions. Previously, Katarzyna held the position of Head of QA Operations, managing over 15 direct reports and ensuring compliance with cGMP through oversight of clinical and commercial manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes positions at Takeda, where Katarzyna was Head of Quality Control, managing a team of over 80 employees, and held roles as Senior Quality Specialist and Analyst, focusing on regulatory compliance and product validation. Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in Medical Biotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Medicine from the Medical University of Lodz.
