Szymon Kulesza

Szymon Kulesza, MBA, serves as the Head of Quality e-Systems at Polpharma Biologics, with a professional background that includes roles as Group eQMS Manager and Key eQMS Expert. Prior to this position, Szymon worked at Novartis as a Business Process Expert focusing on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and as an IT Business Analyst for TrackWise. Duties involved managing IT projects related to QA processes and requirement analysis. Earlier experience at Polpharma includes roles as a Computerized System Coordinator and QA Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed quality supervision of GxP systems, development of quality manuals, and management of internal audits. Szymon holds an MBA in Digital Transformation from Kozminski University and an MSc in Food Science and Technology from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie.
