Arkadiusz Olszak

Arkadiusz Olszak, MBA, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Polpharma Group since November 2025. Prior to this role, Arkadiusz held the position of Director of Digital, Data, and AI at Moderna from May 2023 to November 2025. Arkadiusz's extensive career at Eli Lilly and Company spanned from June 2003 to May 2023, where multiple roles included Associate Director of Global Informatics & Digital Solutions, Manager of Informatics & Digital Solutions for Europe, and IT Account Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Solutions Advisor at Finplus Ltd. from October 1999 to June 2003. Arkadiusz's educational background features an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Oxford Brooks University (2006-2008), a Master's degree in International Finance (2000-2003) and a Master's degree in International Politics and Economics (1999-2002) from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the University of Gdansk (1996-1999).
