Zofia Wilczura

Zofia Wilczura is an AI Enablement Program Manager at Polpharma Group since September 2022, responsible for managing the implementation of Microsoft Copilot and Gen AI programs, coordinating workstreams related to training and change management, and tracking metrics to demonstrate program success. Zofia also designs AI training programs and creates adoption materials to foster a culture of innovation within the organization. Previously, Zofia worked as a Corporate Communications Assistant at Polpharma Group, a Curatorial Assistant and Social Media Manager at Fundacja Rodziny Staraków, and a Skiing Instructor at WTS DeSki, alongside writing and editing roles at Grupa Wirtualna Polska. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Media & Culture with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam, Zofia's diverse experiences reflect a strong foundation in communication, program management, and cultural engagement.
